Story
Crown Prince Hellia, playboy son of King Hellia of Atlantis, has purchased
the tropical island north of the mainland and intends to make it into
a playground for the rich and famous, he has ingeniously named it Hellia,
the mans intellect is astounding!
So that he may preen in his glory, luxurious estates are to be the only
accommodation that will do to house the hedonistic elite and the merchant
classes will be accommodated in townhouses of the highest quality.
To uphold the air of grandure, a sanctuary is to be built. There is some
discussion over which god will be the most effective in helping to make
Hellia profitable, but you will have the final say.
A magnificant race track will round off the entertainment complex, only
the best will do mind, 'the bigger the better' is Prince Hellias motto.
For some reason, unknown to Prince Hellia, there are cities in the region
that are envious of his project and wish for 'a slice of the action',
these cities will have to be watched carefully and eventually they may
become of some use one way or another.

time of submission:

Designer's Notes
A price increase for Black Marble occurs each year to remind you to save
the game each December, black marble plays no other part in the scenario.
Note 1. The yearly profit and hippodrome goals are set at 99999, this
is to prevent the early completion of the game.
Note 2. The profit and stades figures will be taken as those announced
in the goals window, therefore only a working Hippodrome will count to
your score.
This scenario was tested by Lady Mags and Islonian, My
thanks for their help.
