Contest 82: Faiyum

Welcome to Contest 82: Faiyum.(A CoTN population contest with a twist)
This is a presentation for Tilted Mill's latest game, Children of the Nile. You must have the latest patch in order to play this contest. The link to the patch is on our rules page. Use the links below to download the starting positions:

After downloading, simply unzip the file. When prompted, choose to extract the files to the save folder.

Competitors are reminded that the normal Ancient Maps Rules apply to this contest.

Story

Your task set by the Pharaoh this day, is to populate the area of Faiyum oasis, the area is barren and inhospitable, but the foothills abound with gems fit for a king, or a Pharaoh. The prestige of the area is important so a pyramid would be required, the bigger the better. Oh! and this task should be completed in 15 years, the Pharaoh will make a state visit at this time.

Rules

Completion Criteria: Faiyum must be trading with all 5 cities

save the game any time in year 15.

Winning Criteria: Population/10 x prestige.

Bonus points can be earned by building a pyramid:

Very Small - 30 points

Small - 70 points

Medium - 150 points

Large - 300 points

Great - 550 points

Second Winning criteria (in case of a tie for the first) copper+turquoise+tin+gold+emeralds in storage.

A message will appear in a game message for year end save.

You may be asked to provide these saves at the end of the contest.
